The Covid pandemic means that some IBIS staff are now working from home.

However Sales and Service staff continue to attend the IBIS office during normal working hours to answer telephones and react to customer requests for spare parts and technical support.

We are able to prepare new IBIS machines for shipment as normal and also deliver spare parts to our customers, providing that supply and transport limitations allow this. Covid travel restrictions make it more difficult for us to travel to other countries so there may sometimes be a delay in providing on-site support. We will endeavour to give technical support by phone and video link if our engineers are unable to visit in person.

Our sales team are working as normal to provide new machine quotations and react to all sales enquiries.
