  • Machine packing and transportation to the end-customer

  • Completion of pre-agreed production tests
  • Free-of charge post-installation telephone technical support for the first 12 months
  (available only in North America via our distributor Best Graphics Group based in Milwaukee)  
 

Note : IBIS Smart-binder systems sold by Best Graphics in N.America are accompanied by technical support from a Best Graphics Smart-binder specialist based in the USA.

  • Machine packing and transportation to the end-customer site, including importation taxes and duties.
  • System installation and commissioning at the end-customer site (typically 1-2 weeks depending on machine configuration and options )
  • Training of machine operators (normally 2 days)
  • 5-day intensive maintenance training course (for the end customer and/or the local support provider)
  • Successful completion of pre-agreed production tests
  • Free of charge technical support from Best Graphics for the first 6 months, including on-site visits after the agree escalation procedure has been followed, followed by a further 6 months of free telephone technical support from Best Graphics.
