are accompanied by technical support from a Best Graphics Smart-binder
specialist based in the USA.

- Training of machine operators (normally 2 days)
- 5-day intensive maintenance training course (for the end customer
and/or the local support provider)
- Successful completion of pre-agreed production tests
- Free of charge technical support from Best Graphics for the first
6 months, including on-site visits after the agree escalation procedure
has been followed, followed by a further 6 months of free telephone
technical support from Best Graphics.
