Integrated Bindery Systems
During the summer of 2023 the Smart-binder machine assembly was transferred to new much-larger factory building. All new machines shipped from Sept 2023 onward will be assembled and tested in the new location. This will allow us to increase the number of new Smart-binders to be supplied from 2024 onwards, and decrease our expected lead times from receipt of Purchase Order to machine installation at new customer sites.

COECO uses the IBIS Smart-binder to produce A5 instruction manuals at high web speeds using lightweight recycled 48 gsm paper stock. The Smart-binder is fed from a Hunkeler unwinder and CS6 web cutter via an MB buckle-folder to help handle the lightweight paper at 120-150 m/min web speed. .... MORE
