The IBIS Bindery Systems Privacy Notice applies regarding the use of data we collect on our website, or data collected when you contact us directly by email or another channel.

If you chose to use the contact forms on our website the mandatory data fields we collect are:

a) First Name
b) Email Address
c) Whether you wish to subscribe to receive IBIS newsletters

We use Google Analytics to collect general metrics about the number of users that visit the different webpages.

We ask for your consent before your contact details are added to our mailing list to receive e-bulletins - you can subscribe to receive our newsletters on the website. If you contact us directly, for example by email, to ask for information about our products and services we consider this as consent to receive marketing correspondence, unless you specifically choose to opt-out.

You can withdraw your consent to be contacted by IBIS, and to receive marketing material, at any time, either by emailing IBIS or using the 'unsubscribe' form on our website.

We have secure 2FA (two-factor authenication) login set up on our mail-marketing software where your contact details are held.
